What we do
Each service stands on its own. The advantage of buying more than one from the same team is that nobody has to hold the seams between them, which is where most growth problems actually sit.
Custom themes, not page builders — no licence to keep renewing and nothing to unpick later. Speed and accessibility are signed off before launch, not after.
Explore Website DevelopmentOnly the part no off-the-shelf product covers gets built. Everything else is bought, because rebuilding what you could licence is the expensive mistake here.
Explore Custom SoftwarePublished retainers, no auto-renewal, and the ad account stays in your name. Judged on what a qualified enquiry costs you, not on traffic.
You get the working files, in every format, contrast-checked — and the brand built into the website rather than left in a PDF nobody opens twice.
The procedure is written before the first agent is hired — then stated hours, a monthly quality score, and a signed data agreement.
Nothing gets built before you need it — brand, site, accounts, then first campaigns, in that order, so you are not paying for step four during step one.
The problem
These are the five things clients describe to us in the first ten minutes, almost word for word. None of them is a design problem, and none of them is fixed by buying more traffic.
The developer blames the campaign, the campaign blames the site, the designer has moved on and the support inbox is a fifth company. Every seam between them is unowned, and the seams are where the money leaks.
What we do about it One contract, one named owner, six disciplines
Sessions are up, the report looks healthy and the phone is quiet. Almost always the ad is answering a question the landing page never gets to, and nobody has been asked to check.
What we do about it Work planned backwards from the enquiry, not the session count
Two discovery calls before a number appears, and the number arrives as a range with the real figure hidden inside it. Deciding whether to start should not take a fortnight.
What we do about it Starting prices published on the site, before any call
The domain is on the agency account, the ad account is theirs, the code is on a laptop somewhere. You find out at the exact moment you want to leave.
What we do about it Domain, code, analytics and ad accounts in your name from day one
The pitch had the senior people in it. The work has whoever was free, and your questions route through an account manager who has to go and ask.
What we do about it The discipline lead on the proposal is who you speak to
How it works
One conversation about the business, the goal, the audience and what is already in the way. We are trying to find the constraint, not to price a wish list, so expect to be asked what you have already tried.
A written roadmap: what to do first, what it costs, what it should change, and how that change will be measured. If part of your brief will not move a number you care about, this is where we say so.
Design, build, configure, test and launch in visible increments. You see the work on a staging URL as it is made rather than a status report a fortnight later, and one named owner answers for all of it.
Reporting is configured before the work goes live, so there is a baseline to measure against. After launch we read what the numbers are doing and recommend the next move — including when the next move is nothing.
The work
Each study states the situation, the constraint, what was built and what changed, with the figures the client has confirmed, and words instead of a percentage where they have not.

Before you ask
A person reads it and replies, usually the same working day.
Ask us directlyStart from what you are trying to change rather than from the menu. Traffic arriving without enquiries is usually a website and conversion problem; a good site nobody finds is a marketing problem; looking smaller or older than you are is a branding problem; a team buried in repeatable work is a BPO problem; and a process held together by a spreadsheet is a software problem. Describe the symptom and we will tell you which one it is, including when it is not the one you expected.
Yes, and it is the reason the six sit together. When the site, the campaign pointing at it and the desk answering the enquiries come from one team, nobody has to hold the seams between them. You still get one contract, one named owner and one invoice.
Starting prices are published for every service: websites from $400, custom software from $550, marketing retainers from $300 a month, branding from $220, BPO desks from $350 per agent per month, and a sequenced launch from $790. All in US dollars. Those are starting figures for the scope described; after a discovery conversation the quote is fixed for what was agreed.
Usually within one to two weeks of the scope being agreed. What sets the date is rarely our availability; it is content readiness, access to accounts, and how quickly decisions get made on your side. We will tell you the realistic date rather than the flattering one.
You do, throughout. Domains, hosting, source code, the Git repository, CMS admin, analytics and advertising accounts are created in your name from day one. Our access is removed at handover unless you keep us on a support plan, and if you leave, the history leaves with you.
Yes. Every build above the entry tier ships with a CMS, written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Text, images, prices and pages never need a developer. Structural changes sometimes do, and we will tell you which is which rather than letting you find out.
Yes, and it is priced separately rather than assumed. Website care covers core, theme and plugin updates, backups, uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring, security patching and a monthly note on what changed. Software engagements carry a support window agreed in writing before the build starts.
They get re-scoped and priced before anyone starts on them. A change is either worth its cost or it is not, and that is a decision you should get to make with a number in front of you rather than one absorbed quietly and paid for in a missed deadline.
Where we process personal data on your behalf, support queues, form entries, CRM records; we act as a processor and you remain the controller. UK GDPR Article 28 terms, Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA where data leaves the UK or EEA are signed before any data reaches us. We are also happy to sign your NDA rather than insisting on our own.
Dhaka, UTC+6, Sunday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. That gives several hours of live overlap with the UK, EU, Gulf and Australia, and none with US Eastern hours, so for US clients the overlap window is agreed at kickoff rather than discovered later. A Sunday-to-Friday week means work often lands before a Western Monday.
Before you ask for a quote
A paragraph is enough to start. A person reads it and replies within one working day with a scope, a price and an honest view of whether the work is worth doing at all.
